how to restore a suspended account

It has been several times my twitter account got suspended. but still came back. It's easy enough we apologize for violating TOS / rules.
When we got suspend immediately wrote toward the place of this link

dia juga punya senyuman yg manis bgt wuaaaaaaaaa :D trs dia jg bisa dibilang penyelamat di pertarungan antara Volturi dan Cullens.pokonya Rami T.O.P B.G.T dechhh LOL 

ya udah pasti lah selain #TeamCullens gue jg #TeamBenjamin  #TeamJacob dan gue jg suka sama Zafrina,Kate & Vladimir.Mereka semua ciamik bgt :)

k buat kalian yg blm nnton BDP2 nyesel bgt deh pasti,di film itu ENDINGNYA mantep+keren bgt.
